You can create custom data fields easily which is awesome and important in any CRM when importing contacts from a CSV with particular table configurations. It's not even remotely an issue in the Hubspot CRM, in fact, it's the opposite which definitely differentiates this CRM solution in their market. It's almost deceptively simple because you expect a most customer relationship management software to be cumbersome in some way, because of the sheer amount of complexity and organized required within a single dashboard. I've surveyed almost three dozen CRM's during a few research phases over the last couple of years and this is the simplest. The CRM itself is completely simple to understand and intuitive to use. The community itself is very helpful and vibrant too. They are the authority for inbound marketing here brilliant business model offers so much value in terms of free software such as their CRM and a basic version of their analytics tool called Sidekick, to leading edge information and education based on the dozens of whitereports I've downloaded over the years. ![]() Hubspot is one of my favorite companies for good reason.
